How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Every homeowner who contacts Monthlyfellow Mold Help should get a fair and honest experience. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what follows. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

Topics We Handle

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Monthlyfellow Mold Help
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Issue Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, test results, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work in your home, start by raising it with the provider directly. Keep a written record of what you say and what they reply.

Still tell us. Feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of our expectations may be removed. Please know that Monthlyfellow Mold Help cannot settle contract disputes, issue refunds for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

Steps to File

Email contact@monthlyfellow.living and include:

1. Your name and how to reach you 2. The date you contacted us or the provider 3. The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember 4. The provider's name, if you know it 5. A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want from us

After You Write

We send an email to confirm we received your complaint, usually within a few business days. We then look into what happened. That may include contacting the provider. After that, we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Unhappy?

If our reply does not satisfy you, answer it and ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. If your state licenses mold assessors or remediators, the licensing agency may be able to help too.
